Saturday, December 1st, 2018, at the overflow parking lot adjacent to the Tru by Hilton/Homewood Suites at the Crossgates Mall in Guilderland, NY.

GENERAL ADMISSION - 

$45 festival only (plus taxes & fees)

$60 plus taxes

WHO IS THE DESIGNATED BENEFICIARY OF THE GREAT NOR'EASTER?

CAN I BRING MY OWN PRETZEL NECKLACE TO THE FESTIVAL?

Patrons are welcome to bring their own pretzel necklaces.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF ADMISSION?

Tickets include a tasting glass (which will be filled to 4 ounces per pour), as many tastings as legally permitted, and the ability to mingle with some of the Northeast's top brewers

 

CAN ANYONE USE MY TICKET?

Yes, tickets are scanned at the gate. It does not matter whose name is on the ticket. Each ticket can only be scanned once

IS THIS EVENT 21 YEARS AND OLDER?

Yes, only those age 21 and over with proper ID will be allowed entry

​

WHAT IS AN ACCEPTABLE FORM OF ID?

Acceptable forms of ID are driver’s license, state-issued ID, military ID or passport

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?

No. Only guide dogs and service animals will be allowed entry. Each service animal must be preregistered prior to arriving. If you require a service animal please email us your information at contact@lupulinevents.com

IS THE VENUE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Yes it is. Please contact us at contact@lupulinevents.com and we will inform you on the correct entrance to use if you need wheelchair access.

IS SMOKING CIGARETTES, VAPING ALLOWED?

This is a no smoking facility. No vaping allowed indoors. There is a designated smoking area outside near the coat check.

WILL YOU BE SELLING DESIGNATED DRIVER TICKETS?

Yes! Each $10 Designated Driver ticket has unlimited soft drinks available at the Renaissance Restaurant bar located on the lower level

 

WILL THE EVENT BE CANCELED IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER?

No, the event is snow or shine – please watch the weather forecast and be prepared. The event is completely sheltered. However, this is the Great Nor'easter so please be prepared for average Northeast winter conditions

WILL THERE BE A COAT CHECK?

Yes! We want you to be as comfortable as possible during the festival. Please feel free to drop off your coat at our free coat check upon entry

ARE THERE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE?
