Join us on December 1st from 2-6pm for CASK & CROSSGATES - Winter Beer Fest. The festival will be located just steps away from the *brand new* TRU BY HILTON/HOMEWOOD SUITES hotel and the CROSSGATES MALL. 30 breweries will be bringing hand-produced casks, as well as standard pours of their amazing beer. Don't miss out on this opportunity to enjoy unique offerings from some of the best local breweries.

Dance and groove to our live music on the SINGLECUT STAGE. Make sure to stop by the GOTBEER.COM TENT and try a unique randall! Additionally SINGLECUT BEERSMITHS will be selling a few 4pks to-go at the end of the festival. (**not for consumption on the Crossgates Mall property**)

As always, Lupulin Events brings you a mix of breweries - some are behemoths of sales, others are unheard of mysteries, but many you'll be familiar with their name and product. We look forward to having a beer with you in December!

ITS BEST
Real ale is a beer brewed from traditional ingredients (malted barley, hops water and yeast), matured by secondary fermentation in the container from which it is dispensed, and served without the use of extraneous carbon dioxide.

Brewers use ingredients which are fresh and natural, resulting in a drink which tastes natural and full of flavour. It is literally living as it continues to ferment in the cask in your local pub, developing its flavour as it matures ready to be poured into your glass.
​
Real ale is also known as ‘cask-conditioned beer', ‘real cask ale', real beer' and ‘naturally conditioned beer.'
The term ‘real ale' and the above definition were coined by CAMRA in the early 1970s.
